Caffeine Content of Common Beverages

Every so often, I like to take a look at how much caffeine I consume. Delicious as it may be, drinking more than a cup of coffee each day can start to wear down on your adrenal glands, helping to promote an endless cycle of caffeine and fatigue.

So break the cycle by cutting down on your caffeine intake! If you're trying to become pregnant, or if you're getting ready to try a detoxification/purification, you can start stepping down your caffeine intake gradually by simply choosing black tea over coffee, and then green tea over black tea.
